Lucy Clarke

Social Chain

As Business Development and Marketing Director at Social Chain, Lucy heads up the newly-merged business and marketing departments within the organisation. She also sits on the board of directors, working strategically across the company. Within her role, Lucy is responsible for ensuring all marketing specialisms such as PR, content marketing, paid social and digital are aligned in their strategies.

Prior to working at Social Chain, Lucy worked at content marketing agency Tecmark UK, as business development manager and before this at digital marketing agency Venn.

Lucy asserts that she attended the ‘university of life’; honing her skills and gaining experience whilst on the job. After learning the basics of digital marketing, Lucy was keen to be exposed to more blue-chip and consumer brands.

Her first introduction to Social Chain was whilst watching a segment of the Gadget Show featuring founder and CEO Steven Bartlett. Intrigued by his story, she got in touch with Steve, and the rest is history.
